In 2008 courtesy of Amy Winehouse we saw allot of different versions and heights of the classic Beehive hairstyle! Above is sexy Beyonce with her high and very neat version of the “do” while at the 2008 Kennedy Center Honors in Washington DC.

Amy Winehouse in 2007 started this phase of extremely high updo’s. Of course this is a photo of her much much healthier days.

We also saw celebrities sport the beehive-esque hairstyles such as Mariska Hargitay, Aubrey O’Day and Mena Suvari to name just a few!

In general I would say this hairstyle is #10 on my list because of creativity and the versatility that goes with it!

Jerry Ferrara is an American Actor who plays “Turtle” on the HBO show Entourage. Ferrara was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York City where he attended Abraham Lincoln High School. He began studying theater in college after he was inspired by a teacher to pursue acting as a career.

Encouraged to move to Los Angeles by an agent he quickly landed his first role on the King of Queens. Jerry was cast in the independent feature Cross Bronx which premiered at the 2004 Tribeca Film Festival.

In 2007 he had a leading role in Brooklyn Rules with Freddie Prinze Jr., Scott Caan, Alec Baldwin and Mena Suvari.

Even though this is a hair article, the most noteworthy item I see is that in this picture, Jerry has shaved off his trademark goatee which is what makes him most noticeable.  For some reason if he does not look exactly like Turtle, then it doesnt seem like it’s really him.

Brooke Bollea better known by her stage name Brooke Hogan, is an American pop singer and television personality. She appeared on the reality-television series Hogan Knows Best, which focused on her family, and which premiered on July 10, 2005 on VH1 and MTV. Since the cancellation of Hogan Knows Best, she’s starred in a spin-off series called Brooke Knows Best which focuses on her life now independent from her parents and living with two housemates. She released her debut album Undiscovered in 2006.
