Why we love this celebrity hairstyle: Once you have the cut, you have a very easy hairstyle that is also very versatile. I have a similar cut and parting and straightening my hair, along with adding a good holding spray and a light shine spray took me 15 minutes! If your good with a brush and blow dryer that’s great or you can use a ceramic plated flat iron ( I have found them for as low as 9.99 at drug stores.)
Words or phrases to describe this celebrity hairstyle: long hairstyle, easy to do hairstyle, layered hairstyle, long layered hairstyle, straight hairstyle.
Love it or Hate it? LOVE IT
Products and tools to help create this celebrity hairstyle: I am currently using a maximum hold spray by Pantene, However any brand will work that doesn’t flake. I also use a shine spray as well to add a nice healthy shine and gloss to my hair. However be careful not to use too much because then your hair can appear greasy and dirty, so use sparingly! If you prefer to wash your hair and start styling it damp there are shine serums I like to use as well after I towel dry my hair.
And lastly if this is the hairstyle and cut for you, you can’t go wrong by showing your stylist this photo, or finding a similar cut in their portfolio/books.

Jennifer Aniston opted for a simple hairstyle while attending the 81st Annual Academy Awards.
Jennifer Aniston kept her washed out beachy blonde locks and opted for a simple braid at the hairline for her hairstyle at the 81st Annual Academy Awards. While its obvious this hairstyle took little time it still overall completed her look for the awards show.
Jennifer Aniston is attending an elegant event, so you would think she would have opted for a more glamorous look with her hair other than something that would look better with jeans and a t-shirt. Something her “rival” Angelina Jolie has down pat and Jennifer Aniston could really take some pointers on, or hey even better steal Angelina Jolie’s hair stylist and maybe finally somehow call it even?. Regardless I am very disapointed in this hairstyle and how many times we run into a few celebrity hairstyles at elegant events that are better suited for a event that calls for simple dresses and jeans, than for gowns and tuxes.

A very easy celebrity hairstyle to achieve you can start dry or just freshly towel dried hair. By using a round brush and blow-dryer create soft subtle waves. Pin back strands from the hairline to braid after you have achieved the waves you desire, then braid those strands and pull back, tuck under ears.
Jennifer Aniston is wearing her hair in a very chic ponytail hairstyle while attending the premiere of “He’s Just Not That into You”.
I love this hairstyle because it has a very chic look to it which pairs well with Jennifer Aniston’s entire look. Ponytail hairstyles are a popular celebrity hairstyle these days because of the versatility and how its such a easy to do hairstyle.
If you have straight or wavy hair, one way to update the basic ponytail is to add some sexy waves. Use a light mousse or gel all over you hair and curl a few face framing pieces. Tie your hair in low pony tail, then take small half inch sections and use the curling iron to create slight waves in your mane.
Still on the same wavelength as the wavy low ponytail, the messy bun, is another variation on the same theme. The trick about the messy bun is to make sure that it blends well with the rest of your head. Make sure that you don’t have a bump just sticking out of your head, and use pins in strategic locations. Once you secure the low pony tail and create the waves, twist and use the elastic to create the bun. Take strategic pieces out of the bun and pin them to your head to create a fuller looking bun.
Don’t think the perfect ponytail is only for long haired gals, your medium length locks have the benefits of more funky styles. Layers give you the benefit is creating styles with face framing pieces. One ponytail style to try is the high sleek ponytail. Straighten your hair and tie at the middle of the back of your head, and use hairspray to ensure that the ends are pointing down perfectly straight. Another great style for medium hair length with layers is the side braid. Create a short braid at the nape of your neck and finish at the front. Take out some face framing pieces and the look is complete!
While most people with short hair, can’t pull of the typical pony tail, there are ways to get similar effects. One idea to try is pompadour volume. Spritz and tease a section of your hair just behind where your bangs or hair begins, then fix your bangs back over the teased hair. Secure the hair with pins at the crown of the head, and create a low pony tail for the rest of your hair. This vamped up rocker style is another variation that gives the standard ponytail added excitement.
