Holy hat! At 2012 MusiCares Person Of the Year Gala Honoring Paul McCartney held at the Los Angeles Convention Center in Los Angeles, Katy Perry wore a giant pink hat fit for the Royal Family. Underneath, Katy wore her black hair slicked back with a front poof swathed with some bright blue color. Guess she didn’t stay blonde for long!
