Jerry Ferrara & His Lack of Facial Hair

December 18, 2008  |  Black Hairstyles, Hairstyles by Color

Jerry Ferrara is an American Actor who plays “Turtle” on the HBO show Entourage. Ferrara was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York City where he attended Abraham Lincoln High School. He began studying theater in college after he was inspired by a teacher to pursue acting as a career.

Encouraged to move to Los Angeles by an agent he quickly landed his first role on the King of Queens. Jerry was cast in the independent feature Cross Bronx which premiered at the 2004 Tribeca Film Festival.

In 2007 he had a leading role in Brooklyn Rules with Freddie Prinze Jr., Scott Caan, Alec Baldwin and Mena Suvari.

Even though this is a hair article, the most noteworthy item I see is that in this picture, Jerry has shaved off his trademark goatee which is what makes him most noticeable.  For some reason if he does not look exactly like Turtle, then it doesnt seem like it’s really him.

  1. I gotta say, I’m a great fan of his. I just love him. He’s one dude I would date. I wish him the best in all of his endeavors!

  2. I must admit, I am so used to seeing Jerry with his signature Goatee. Big fan of him regardless of his facial hair or not, plus he has one of Hollywoods Hottest girls as his girlfriend. You are the Man, Jerry.
