Kelly Rowland wowed at the BET Awards ’11 held at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles over the weekened. She wore her shiny black hair in a sassy chignon at the nape of her neck, with her bangs side-swept across her forehead and hanging in her eyes a bit.
She complemented her sassy hairstyle with a hot pink dress with a giant ruffle that wrapped around the body of her slim-fitting dress, and dazzling hoop earrings.
