Katy Perry was feeling the blue hair as she arrived for the Jean-Charles de Castelbajac show during Paris Fashion Week. Mrs. Brand broke out her fave blue-hued wig for a fun and flirty ‘do complete with a short, sassy fringe and sleek, long locks.
While rocking the blue ‘do, Katy Perry donned a black-and-white striped dress and rock star shades.
