  3. she doesnt look the best because she had to die her hair, but she is still beautiful. i like it, but the bangs look ummmm different. shes much prettier than miley cyrus i mean im not gonna lie. miley cyrus sorta looks like she got hit in the face too much, or she had surgery. im not hating, so you shouldnt either.

  4. Yea I don’t particularly like the new hair color or the new cut she had to have for her role as Joan Jett in “The Runaways” I keep thinking get some extensions girl lol but she honestly does not seem the type who really cares about her hair.
